Our skin is a highly complex external covering that helps to protect us from environmental pollutants, sun damage and its ultraviolet (UV) radiation and other stressors of life. Microneedling

Microdermabrasion
This procedure manually exfoliates the surface skin using fine crystals or a diamond tip and can be helpful for fine lines, hyperpigmentation, shallow acne and scars, sun damage, or just brightening and evening skin tone. This is accompanied by an ultrasonic application of serum which allows deep penetration. Microdermabrasion can be performed on all skin types and colors and can be incorporated two to four times a year into routine skincare maintenance. When used for specific skin conditions, a series is recommended.
We recommend a special introductory basic facial cleansing followed by microdermabrasion and a follow-up in two weeks for a deep moisturizing or acne detox facial.

El Noel's exclusive body scrubs (also called polishes) exfoliate dead skin cells, increases circulation, tones and smoothes the skin using sea salts, organic sugar, organic body butters, plant-based and tropical fruit oils, spices and traditional Moroccan black soap. Our masques containing clays, minerals, plant-based oils, herbs, and other botanicals, hydrates and remineralizes the skin.

In our wet room, Moroccan black soap is applied to the body. A kessa glove is used for exfoliation. After showering a full-body Argan based moisturizer is applied leaving your skin renewed and revitalized.

Body Masque / Thermal Wrap
Seaweed Mud
Our seaweed mud masque with a blend of French green clay enriched with seaweed, vitamins and minerals, cleans, stimulates and tones the skin. You are then cocooned in heated wet towels and a thermal blanket, which opens the pores allowing the moisturizing masque to penetrate and nourish more deeply, leaving your skin feeling smoother and softer. After showering a body moisturizer is applied, leaving you feeling revitalized and renewed.
Lavender & Green Tea
A blend of relaxing lavender and antioxidants, this body masque provides intense hydration leaving your skin softer, smoother, and more supple. You are then cocooned in heated wet towels and a thermal blanket, which opens the pores allowing the moisturizing masque to penetrate and nourish more deeply. Mango & Mandarin
Tropical mango butter and mandarin are combined in this exotic body masque that hydrates, softens and smooths the skin. *Although the masques can be performed as a separate service, they are recommended after exfoliating with one of our body scrubs. Removing dead skin cells and other impurities with a scrub, effectively cleans the skin, making it more receptive to absorbing the moisturizing masque.

Begin with one of our exfoliating body scrubs to remove surface dead skin cells, followed by a body masque that hydrates and re-mineralizes your skin. Rest cocooned in our candle-lit Romanesque wet room, wrapped in heated wet towels and a thermal wrap. Sweat Therapies
Sweat therapies have deep cultural roots dating back thousands of years and have physical, psychological and therapeutic benefits. The Finnish Sauna, Irish Sweat House, Japanese Onsen, and Senso, Jewish Schvitz, Turkish Hammam, Mayan Sweat House, Russian Bania, Roman Balnea, Native American Sweat Lodges, are places that communities worldwide have created for sweat therapies and bath rituals for solo or social gatherings.
Whole-body thermo-therapy (heat therapy) utilizes various modalities to heat the body and induce sweating. Heat therapy relaxes muscles, dilates blood vessels, and increases blood flow to the brain, produces sweating, benefits cardiovascular and metabolic pathways, and causes increased excretion of toxicants from the skin.
