‡ Orders at least $50.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $5.95 for Standard Shipping. El Noel Wellness does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
$5.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day.
At El Noel Wellness, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.elnoelwellness.com, nor other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
New, unopened items that were purchased through www.elnoelwellness.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Damaged and wrongly-shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.

Thanks for purchasing our products at elnoelwellness.com. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
